The Pieve San Quirico Castle is the most exclusive vacation home to share with family and friends, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 15 guests. For larger groups, the uphill medieval Tower-Palace —an eight-bedroom luxury villa (sleeps 15) —can be rented as an elegant addition.
Our season runs from late April to the end of October. All stays are for a full week, from Saturday to Saturday. For the months of April, May, and from the first Saturday of September through the end of October, a minimum stay of 3 nights is available at a special nightly rate, applicable for full occupancy of the entire estate (Pieve San Quirico Castle + Tower Palace villa – up to 30 guests).

A Legacy of History
The Pieve San Quirico Castle, an 11th-century historic house, is a stunning medieval fortress. Its early foundations date back to the 11th century, and in the 13th century, architects of Emperor Frederick II of Swabia enlarged it to the masterpiece you see today.
Now, it has been meticulously restored to the highest standards of renovation and design, transforming it into a luxury villa with 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, offering breathtaking views and complete privacy.
The Counts Giunta Tremi invited the finest architects and designers to honor its architectural beauty while seamlessly blending in modern comforts.

The castle’s beautiful interiors are a symphony of classic elegance and cutting-edge technology. From high-speed wireless internet and a home cinema to multi-room sound systems and a professional Nespresso coffee machine, every modern convenience is at your fingertips.
All seven bedrooms feature air conditioning, fine fabrics, luxurious drapes, and an ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and a rain shower. Each suite has been thoughtfully designed with its own unique decorative theme.
Gardens of Unparalleled Beauty
The 5,000 sq.m manicured gardens surrounding the castle were created by the famous Tuscan landscape designer Alberto Margheriti. They are a floral masterpiece, blooming with David Austin roses, lavender, and fragrant herbs, dotted with ancient oak and olive trees. Numerous seating areas offer fabulous panoramic views of the hills and the Upper Tiber valley.
Our other features include a large, panoramic infinity saltwater pool with fantastic views, a botanic garden with aromatic plants, and a vegetable garden with fresh produce. A beautiful wooden shelter, surrounded by jasmine and roses, and complete with a stone barbecue, is the ideal spot for a lazy lunch or a romantic dinner.
For your enjoyment, the estate also offers a table tennis, bocce ball court, billiards, table football, mountain bikes, and a children’s playground.
The castle also features a beautiful, consecrated private Church, an idyllic setting for a religious wedding ceremony, a civil celebration, or a quiet spiritual gathering.
