The imposing stone Tower, built around the year 1000 as a lookout, stands 20 meters tall, dominating the landscape with its solemn presence. From its summit, it offers breathtaking views.
Recently restored to perfection in 2023, along with its palace wing built over the centuries, the Tower is now an eco-sustainable luxury vacation villa. It features 8 bedrooms (7 doubles + 1 single) and 7 bathrooms + 1 guest bathroom, and can accommodate up to 15 guests.
The Tower Palace villa is located on the hilltop, just 100 meters from the Pieve San Quirico Castle, ensuring an unparalleled experience of peace and privacy.
It is only available to rent in conjunction with the Pieve San Quirico castle.
A Legacy of Sustainability: The Tower Palace Renovation.
The Tower-Palace has been thoughtfully restored with a deep commitment to the environment, blending its historic charm with cutting-edge, sustainable design. Our goal was to create a healthier living environment for our guests while significantly reducing the building’s impact on the planet.
This extensive renovation included an ambitious project to increase the Tower’s energy efficiency. We replaced the existing heating and hot water system with a brand new, latest-generation heat pump system for all-season climate control. Both the new heating plant and the electrical system are powered by our existing 145 kWh solar energy systems, installed on the roofs of our new stables and tool shed. This ensures the Tower Palace is completely powered by renewable, self-produced energy from the Bagnara Estate.
Every detail of the renovation was chosen for its sustainable qualities. We installed an advanced water purification and softening systems and replaced all internal flooring with sustainable, renewable materials. The walls were painted with natural, breathable paints, and certified double-glazed windows were added to significantly improve the building’s thermal insulation. For our guests’ convenience, a 7.4 kW electric car charging station has also been installed.
With these and other interventions, Le Torri di Bagnara Castles further reinforces its strong commitment to eco-sustainability, effectively making the entire property—including the Pieve San Quirico Castle and the Reception and Offices—powered by our own renewable energy sources.

The Tower Palace villa (Guest House) has the following layout – there is AC in every room, kitchen and stairs included:

There is a covered parking area, outer lighting and a fully equipped barbecue area.
