OUR CASTLES ARE DESIGNED PERFECTLY FOR LARGE DIVERSE FAMILY REUNIONS, GROUPS OF FRIENDS, DESTINATION WEDDINGS, SMALL CORPORATE GROUPS AND ANY KIND of RETREATS.

Le Torri di Bagnara Castles are fully staffed luxury villas with an official  Tourist Accommodation Licence (luxury Agriturismo).

Our business is to provide authentic hospitality and exceptional service, not only rent a house out. Moreover, having a licence guarantees a superior degree of safety and security standards that have to be complied with by law.

Castles are rented out as a whole, guaranteeing total privacy and exclusivity for your group. Our offerings are always custom-tailored, making Le Torri di Bagnara one of the most spectacular luxury castle rentals in Europe.

We are animal lovers, so small size pets are allowed but with prior authorization.

Le Torri di Bagnara is an exclusive-use estate; therefore, individual room bookings are not possible.

(!) For large Groups (+15) , who need to rent both villas, reduced rates for up to 20 Guests are available.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD:
-One week Saturday to Saturday.
For our standard weekly rentals, we offer tiered pricing based on the number of guests (up to 15, 20 or 30 guests) – please refer to the pricing table shown above.

-During the months of April, May, and from September 5th through the end of October, we also accept shorter stays with a 3-night minimum stay.
Please note that for these shorter periods, we apply a special nightly rate based on the full 30-guest occupancy. This rate applies regardless of the actual size of your group:
   – April 18 to May 8 and October 17 to 31: Euro 4.400/night (15 bedrooms/up to 30 Guests)
   – May 9 to 30 and September 5 to October 16: Euro 5.250/night (15 bedrooms/up to 30 Guests)

–The Tower Palace villa (8 bedrooms Guest House –  sleeps 15), can be rented only in addition to the Pieve San Quirico castle .

RENTAL RATES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES (services are delivered by a team of professionals):

-Welcome basket & Prosecco on arrival

-Concierge service before and during your stay

-Complimentary still and sparkling mineral water (Umbrian springs), ice, tea and coffee, and condiments on arrival

-Maid service from Monday to Saturday (in the morning), including tidying of bedrooms, bathrooms and quick cleaning of the kitchen

-Final cleaning on Saturdays

-Professional Support Service – available from the moment you book untill you returno home – to design your tailor-made program of activities and excursions, plan easy access to concerts & events, golf, wineries and mich more

-Pool maintenance Monday to Saturday, including cleaning of the pool and testing of water 

-Gardener

-Property & Facilities Manager on call 24/7

-Change of bathroom and pool towels on Saturdays and midweek

-Change of bed linen on Saturdays

-Selection of “Floris” luxury toiletries in each bathroom, changed weekly

-Toilet paper, regularly refilled

-Non-woven fabric napkins, regularly refilled

-Washing and washing-up products (laundry & kitchen), on arrival

-Netflix

-Utility bills (excluding telephone, heating and the Pieve castle manicured gardens & pool lightning)

-Unlimited use of WIFI internet access (high speed), available in both villas and outdoors

-Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the Castle panoramic veranda

-Modern telecommunications conveniences: wireless internet, fax, pc, scanner/printer/copier, flat screen televisions, smart tv, blue ray, stereo with CD player

-On-premises billiards, table tennis, bocce ball court, stone BBQs, children’s playground, table football, yoga mats

-Use of the fully equipped laundry room at The Pieve S. Quirico castle

-Highchair and cribs

-Use of the Mountain Bikes available at house – for adults and children, with helmets

-Exclusive use of the panoramic infinity saltwater pool (14 m x 7,5 m)

-Access to the private 1.500-acre Bagnara Estate walking and biking trails, picnic areas, woods for berry-picking, small lakes and farm.

NOT INCLUDED IN RATES:

-Food & Beverages 

-The Tourist Tax (Tassa di Soggiorno) : to be paid extra at check-out, in cash – € 3,00/day per person- minor under the age of 14 extempt. Tourist Tax should be paid up to a maximum of 7 nights stay in sequence.
