This is why we are immensely proud to announce our support for the new semester-long Art Therapy Project titled “I Cicli della Vita, I Cicli delle Stagioni” (The Cycles of Life, The Cycles of the Seasons).
THE BAGNARA ESTATE’S LONG-STANDING COMMITTMENT
Our sponsorship of this project reflects our deep-rooted values and a solid partnership. The Bagnara Estate has been actively supporting the activities of the Umbria Delegation of the Order of Malta for several years. Since 1901, our family has been a custodian of the Umbrian landscape, and we believe that true hospitality also means taking care of our Local Community through noble causes and philanthropy.
THE VENUE: SANTA CATERINA VILLAGE
The project will take place at the “Santa Caterina Village” in Solfagnano Parlesca, just a few km from Le Torri di Bagnara Castles. This residence is a pillar of local solidarity: since 1995, it has provided a permanent home for the elderly and temporary shelter for young adults facing economic or social hardships, restoring their dignity and hope. It is the perfect setting for a project centered on healing and rebirth.
THE PROJECT
Art for Well-being Organized by Umbrian Delegation of the Order of Malta, this inspiring initiative is a therapeutic journey curated by Dr. Valentina Baldoni, an expert Art Therapist, with the collaboration of Maestro Massimo Arzilli, Maestro Lanfranco Fornari, and Dr. Angelo Mancini. Through artistic laboratories focusing on painting, sculpture, and mixed media—enhanced by the soothing power of Music Therapy—participants are invited to explore their creativity as a path to health and serenity.
DETAILS & PARTICIPATION
While the program is primarily dedicated to the guests of the residence, it is also warmly open to the local community.
Start Date: Tuesday, February 10th, 2026.
Duration: 6 months (12 bi-weekly sessions).
Time: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Participation: Organized as an “Gift Economy” (In Economia del Dono)—this means there is no fixed fee, and the project relies on voluntary contributions to ensure its accessibility and sustainability for the whole community.
