The suggestion of pure ‎nature‬ is waiting for you around Le Torri di Bagnara

Imagine a 1500-acre very private green oasis, consisting of plains, hills, dotted with towers, castles, small lakes, streams, woods, pastures, sunflower fields,  PGI olive grove, herds of deer and hares and unspoiled landscapes immersed in the splendor of history and the charm of nature.

This is the “Tenuta di Bagnara”, a superb historic estate and nature  reserve – with a working farm –  located in Umbria along the Tiber Northern Valley, near the borders of Tuscany, close by Assisi and Cortona, midway between Florence and Roma, which offers a unique experience in direct contact with History and Nature.

The Bagnara estate consists of over 1500 idyllic acress sprinkled with wildflowers and crossed by 13 km of the Tiber river and several streams. There are olive groves and fields of waving wheat stalks, and corn is grown to feed the family’s Chianina cattle. In addition there are hare and roe deer breeding preserves.

The  estate is a haven for all things bright and beautiful and provides superb opportunities for wildlife watching and photography, mushrooms and truffle hunting, enjoy yoga sessions and do meditation. Recent sightings include grey herons, cormorants, mallards and buzzards.
