Historic building made up of a stone medieval Tower dating
back to the 13th century and adjacent residence.
In the past it was used as a watch-tower, in defence of the
neighbouring Saint Quirico Parish Churc and
Castello della Pieve.
The tower is perched high on the hill, surrounded by a large
garden (500 sqm) with lovely olive and fig trees, broom and
lavender bushes. It overlooks the upper Northern Tiber Valley and
its woods, and all of the apartments have wonderful views to
the countryside.
It has been entirely refurbished, according to the directives
of the Superintendency of the Cultural Heritage, using old
materials and building techniques.
Inside, it contains 4 apartments with
2, 4 & 5 beds and a single room with bathroom - 15 beds
altogether - a large common reading & dining
room (35 sqm), and common laundry. You may find stone barrelt
vault ceilings with frescoes, arched Romanesque windows and
arches.
It is provided with a panoramic terrasse, a car park and outer
lighting.
The TORRE and the PIEVE are on the
hill and are at 150 m. distance; each of them has its own garden
and car parking.
