Apartments are inside “LA TORRE” (12th century stone Tower with adjacent Residence), that features:

• one apartment that sleeps 2
• two that sleeps 4
• one that sleeps 5
• plus an additional single room with bathroom that can only be rent in addition to one of the apartments

BREAKFAST SERVICE will be available on request at “Pieve San Quirico Abbey ” (150 m. distance), starting from JUNE 2005.

Prices include: water, light and gas for cooking consumption; firewood; towels, bed and household linen, towels for the swimming pool, weekly replacement of linen; use of reading room, swimming pool (available from half May to half October) and covered car port; warm shower in the swimming pool, deck-chairs, small-tables, beach-umbrella in the swimming-pool and in the garden; use of the Mountain Bikes available at house.

On demand: breakfast service (in Pieve San Quirico Abbey - € 6 per person), Shopping Service (€ 10/h), additional Cleaning (€ 10/h – daily Maid Service available), additional Change of Linen (€ 5 to 10 per person).

GUEST APARTMENTS POLICIES: we ask you to observe the following while staying at “Le Torri di Bagnara ”.

• Check-in is from 3:00 pm. to 7:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am. (Early check in, late check out may be accommodated if requested before arrival, depending on availability.)
• Please, confirm arrival time a min of 24 hours or more, as we like to welcome each guest personally. This should be done by phone (+39 335 6408549) or by e-mail (info@letorridibagnara.it).
• Pool is open from half May to half October; pool hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
• Smoking is forbidden in apartments bedrooms and in common rooms (reading room, laundry, entrance, stairs).
• Animals are not allowed.

Discounts and facilities: restaurants and pizzerias in the surroundings and in Perugia.
Languages: English, French and Italian.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

• Reservations more than 30 days in advance of arrival may be confirmed with a deposit of 30%, either by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance is due at Guests arrival. This will include tax.
• All reservations made within 30 days of arrival date, must be paid in full and is not refundable.
• No refunds for partial stays.
• Reservation deposits for bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be returned with a € 200 processing fee per Apartment. Deposits/balances for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date cannot be returned. During Holidays cancellations must be made 45 days or more prior to arrival date.
