Separate Single Room with bathroom
The single room can be rent in addition to one of the apartments only. It is on the first floor of the Tower, adjacent to Apartment The Lady.

Furnished with elegant fabrics, it features heating, telephone, WIFI, mini fridge, hair-drier and safe box; it has plenty of fluffy towels including swim towels, and fine bed linen. The bathroom is equipped with all the sanitary ware, included a shower.

The Single room  is full of light and enjoys sweeping views of the Umbrian countryside.

Common Living Room
On the stilted ground floor of the Tower, there is a 35 sqm living room at the Guests full disposal; it features cosy armchairs and a large dining table. It becomes a useful dining room should the Tower be rented by a large group of people.
