The Restaurant is set inside the Abbey Relais (inner rooms and courtyard), and it is open also for no-overnights staying Guests, prior reservation that has to be requested at least 1 day in advance.

In Summer, before dinner, during the sunset, an aperitif will be served in the Courtyard or in our gardens.

We will offer you a delicious Umbrian Cookery, very genuine, thanks to the exclusive use of the Typical Products of our area:

  • the typical Products from our farm “Bagnara”: extra virgin Olive oil DOP UMBRIA “Colli del Trasimeno”, Acacia & Flowermix honey, Vegetables, Eggs, “Chianina“ cattle meat (is the one of the T-bone steak), wild boar meat;
  • the White, Red, Dry, Sweet Wines & Grapes of Umbria’s main Cellars;
  • the DOC Red & White Wines from our Tuscan farm (in Cortona);
  • the other Typical Products from the Umbrian Farms: milk, salami, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruits, lamb, pork and chicken meat…;
  • the Tea & Herb Infusions from “Aboca” farm;
  • the Fish of the Trasimeno Lake;
  • the Potatoes & Legumes of Colfiorito (Umbrian hills).

Moreover, Pasta, Cakes & Bread are home-made by our Chef who uses only Flours from Umbrian’s Mill. All our dishes are cooked or dressed with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP UMBRIA “Colli del Trasimeno”.

Special Menu are available (to be requested in advance):

  • Vegetarian, Vegan, Egg free, Gluten free, Milk products free, ...;
  • Customize menu;
  • Medieval Cookery (minimum 10 people, to be requested 14 days in advance).
  • A Romantic candlelight dinner for 2, with our “Lover’s” Menu and serenade.
  • Thematic dinners ( home-made Pasta, Truffles, Cheeses, Meats, ..)
  • Wine and Olive Oil tasting.
