Little elegant Abbey (Historical Centre bound by the Fine Arts), dating to the 11th century, is made up of church, high octagonal bell tower, sacristy and parish house, entirely in stone and placed a "U", closed on the fourth side by a wall and a wide cloister.

The church dates to the 18th century ( a “Parish church" is a church with the baptismal font), as the old medieval church was, at that time, destroyed and rebuilt much larger, oriented east-west; it is dedicated to St. Joseph and it features inside a high ceiling and ancient wooden choir with frescoes.

In the second half of the 19th century. "Pieve San Quirico" was the summer destination of Pope Leo XIII, who knew it because he had been the Bishop of Perugia, and he impose his colours - blue and gold – to the decor of the church itself.

The renovation is finished in June 2005 with the creation of an elegant and refined
