It dates back to the 17th century and lies at the beginning of the way towards the Towers; it is made of stone and looks over the valley.

Inside there are the offices, the receptions, the room for the tasting and sales of our local products ) and the kitchen were we organize our cooking classes.

Outside there is a large garden embroidered by apple, peer, and cherry trees. Bordering the garden you will find bushes of laurel, cistus, dog rose and rosemary.
