The Abbey Relais de charme features 7 luxury rooms (4 double rooms and 3 Jr suites - 15 beds), & the Restaurant.
Furnished with antiques and elegant fabrics, rooms come with every modern comfort. They feature air conditioning, heating, ensuite bathroom including bathtub, hand shower and rain shower (some with whirlpool bathtub), colored satellite TV, telephone, WIFI internet connection, mini-bar, safe-box, hairdryer, plenty of fluffy towels including swim towels and fine bed linen. Soaps and lotions are all organic. There are wooden-beam ceilings and terracotta floors.
All rooms enjoy sweeping views.
On the ground floor and first floor of the Abbey are three double rooms and two Jr. suites that overlook the gardens, the swimming-pool and the Tiber valley:
Primrose(classic double room): it is on the ground mezzanine floor and has two windows that overlook the Tiber valley and the gardens. It has a queen size double bed, on the side of which, in the wall, there is an ancient medieval stone loophole through which one can see the garden. The bathroom has all the services including a tub, a hand shower and a rain shower, hairdryer. The ceilings of the room and the bathroom are wooden-beam ones.
Periwinkle(Jr.suite, sleeps 2): it’s located on the ground mezzanine floor and consists of entrance, large wardrobe, spacious bathroom and bedroom. It may feature a double queen size bed or two single beds with semi canopy, and has two windows that overlook the Tiber valley and the garden; in the wall of room there is also an ancient medieval stone arch formerly used for entering by horse, through which one can see the garden and the valley. The bathroom is large and equipped with all the services; in particular, it has a white marble double bathtub fitted in an ancient medieval white stone arch, with a hand shower and a rain shower. The ceilings of the bedroom and the bathroom are wooden-beam ones.
Tulip(superior double room - with whirlpool bathtub): it’s located on the first floor and has two windows that overlook the inside court, the gardens and the swimming-pool. It may feature a double queen size bed or two single beds with semi canopy. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with all the services, including a whirlpool bathtub, a hand shower and a rain shower, and hairdryer.
Peony(Jr.suite, sleeps 2 - with whirlpool bathtub): it’s located on the first floor and consists of entrance, wardrobe, large bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a double queen size bed with semi canopy, and two windows that overlook the Tiber valley, the garden and the Church. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with all the services, including a whirlpool bathtub, a hand shower and a rain shower, hairdryer.
Geranium(superior double room): it’s located on the first floor and has two windows that overlook the Tiber valley, the gardens and the swimming-pool. It may feature a double queen size bed or two single beds. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with all the services including a tub, a hand shower and a rain shower, hairdryer.
On the first floor of the Abbey’s Sacristy are located a Double room and the 3 beds Jr suite; they have independent entrance and for this reason are suitable for a family or a group of 5 people. Their windows overlook the court and the gardens, and they are entered through an external stone staircase:

Myosotis(classic double room): it’s located on the first floor of the Sacristy. It has a double bed or two single beds and two windows that overlook the court and the swimming-pool garden.
